The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person, as the IP address is not stored or traced; This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the content of web pages requested by you and is mandatory when using the Internet; A combination of this data with other data sources is not made. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use;

Analysis with Matomo

This website uses Matomo. Simple statistics are created from the data in anonymized form. The collection / storage is done only for the purpose of a page analysis. All data will not be shared or sold by us. No usage profiles are created and no cookies are set. All data collected by Matomo is stored completely anonymously on our web server. A personal identification of a visitor is therefore not possible, even afterwards.

SSL encryption

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

Collection and processing of your personal data

If you provide us with personal data via the application form or as part of the application process, this data will be stored for the application process.

We use the personal data you provide exclusively for processing your application. Your data will only be shared internally with persons involved in the application process. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data. Retention and deletion of data

Application data will be deleted within six months after completion of the application process, unless further storage is required for the purpose of evidence, legal provisions make this still necessary or you have expressly agreed to a longer storage period.

There is no automated decision making.

Use of the contact form

If you send us inquiries by e-mail or contact form, your data from the inquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions; We will not share this data without your consent.

Deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or as stipulated by the various storage periods provided for by law. After the respective purpose has ceased to exist or these periods have expired, the corresponding data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Your rights of access, rectification, blocking, restriction, deletion, complaint and objection

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time; Likewise, you have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked or, apart from the mandatory data storage for business processing, deleted.
